John Anderson on Credlin – ‘The Voice isn’t in the interest of Aboriginal people’

Interviewed by James Morrow for the first time in 2023, John made the case that “we need to be focusing on unity and cooperation internally, not separatism” in relation to the indigenous Voice to Parliament
This in the wake of the launch of the 'No' campaign – Recognise a Better Way – for a Voice to Parliament has officially launched with a six-member committee, which John is a part of.
“I’m keen to join with four Aboriginal people – distinguished Aboriginal Australians – who can recognise that this is not ultimately going to advance the interest of Aboriginal people,” he told Sky News host James Morrow.
“It will lead to co-governance, to a separatism."
